Whose ●RECponsibility: Images of Ukrainian women refugees in Polish media

Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine has now lasted longer than the First World War. Millions of people have been forced to flee their homeland, Ukraine – particularly women. Neighbouring Poland is home to the second-largest number of Ukrainian refugee women in Europe. We wanted to know: What do people in Warsaw think about Ukrainian refugee women? How are they portrayed in the media? And what do the Ukrainian women living in Poland say themselves?
