Five years into the war, covering Ukraine has become one of journalism’s hardest tasks. Attention is fading, fatigue is setting in, and the narrative keeps shifting. What does it take to keep telling this story and what gets lost in the process? We spoke with international journalists and civilians across Germany, Denmark, and Poland to understand how they experience the media coverage of this war, and what still needs to be told.
